Overall dimensions are 10 x 10, and approx. 4 inches wide--elliptical shape.  Pale yellow panels, with glass powder wafers on both front and back sides.  Front also has some three dimensional yellow shapes fixed to one side.  Moonstones are fixed to the other in relation to the powder wafer design.  Lamp comes ready to plug in to wall.  One light bulb included.
